Cannot activate plugin

    Everytime I try to install this plugin I get this error when activating it

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare geoip_country_code_by_name_v6() in mydomain.com/plugins/admin-block-country/geoip-api-php-master/geoip.inc on line 425
