Cannot activate plugin

    Hello,

    I have a weird issue.
    I can install the WPForms Lite plugin, but when I try to activate it, the following error message appears:

    I have no idea how to fix this. Help would be much appreciated!

  • Hi @nanieke!

    The error that you’re receiving indicates that the data-tables that should be created with our plugin’s installation cannot be found, and likely were not created.

    Could you please try to delete the plugin and then re-install? There could have been a slight hiccup in your site’s operation when you last installed the plugin, which caused this issue.

    Also, could you please let us know if this is a fresh install, or is this a pre-existing install, where you have form’s already created?

    Thanks for your response. I’ve deleted the plugin and reinstalled an older version of it, which worked!
