Cannot Activate Plugin

  • When I click the “Thank for check info. Start using plugin” button I get an error, You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. I have tried everything and I cannot get this message to go away and start using the plugin. I have no idea why there is a “start/welcome” page but it doesn’t work.
