cannot activate

    a month after purchasing and downloading with Master Slider Purchase Code i found out that i need to “activate licence” in order to update.
    To get my ” Secret API Key” i tried to log back onto envato market but it seems my password is wrong. I Request a password reset but receive no e-mail with a new password.
    my username is ArtemAA
    Please help!!!
