Cannot achieve full width

  • I have the Codex theme installed and for the life of me I can’t figure out how to get the sections to span the entire width of the page. I haven’t added any CSS and have just been trying to use the block width tool to get full width but it’s not working.

    I know this is a simple oversight but if someone could help me out I’d really appreciate it.

    I just realized that my link above is a staging site and anyone who tries to view won’t be able to. I’m attaching a screen capture

    In the past I’ve been able to get divs to span the entire width of the page by using 100% in the width attribute

    It won’t work anymore and I’m stuck with these divs that leave a ton of white space on the side. How can I go back to full width
