Cannot Access/Login to WP-ADMIN at all

    I made a site in wordpress for my mom, and she must have changed something in her dashboard with the permalinks or something, and now the site’s wp-admin dashboard cannot be accessed whatsoever!
    I’ve tried the typical ways to go about it…
    “kelly-kauai.com/wp-login.php”
    “kelly-kauai.com/wp-admin”
    …but it just says “404 – Not Found”

    I’d REALLY appreciate some help here =-)
