• Hello there!

I cannot access my site or its dashboard from my country Bangladesh and the server is from USA. It [the site] had cloudflare and I disabled it, removed the server to another [that is also in USA], but still nothing.

I can access the site finely with a VPN from many locations of the world like Poland or Singapore.

    What to do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I suggest you contact your host, host4geeks, to see if they might be blocking traffic. Also, are you using any security plugins that might filter traffic based on location?

I told you that I changed the Server from Input Output Flood to Host4Geeks, so isn’t it clear that the problem isn’t server side?
I opened up a ticket though.
    Now??

    >> so isn’t it clear that the problem isn’t server side? <<

Not necessarily. They might be using the same block lists.

    Anyhow, what about plugins?

WordPress itself does not filter IP addresses.

No security plugins, tried disabling and enabling all but no avail.

Let me tell you something here, I used a tool called HOIC to give DdOS attacks yesterday, the problem is from then. but that cannot be related right?

again, not necessarily. Your host may have blocked your DDOS attack and is continuing to block access from you for some time. This is not a WordPress function.

but the DDOS attack was on a website in France. How can that block my access from my website? They do not share the same server, then?

You didn’t say that! However, the solution is to contact your host.

They said they are not blocking any access from my ip address

Disable *all plugins*. Does that help? If not, it’s not a WordPress problem.
