Cannot access wp admin

When I try to log into my WordPress administration site for my website I get a page with this message: Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /var/www/vhosts/visitbeaconhill.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/backup-with-restore/functions/interface.php on line 51
I have Googled the Internet and all the responses say this is a problem that my domain service provider has to fix. No one at Enom seems to know how to rectify the problem. My skill level is low so I would appreciate an answer in KISS format.
