Cannot access website anymore

  • Hello,

    My organization had a WordPress website a while ago which apparently got hacked and we lost access. This was a problem before I had anything to do with the organization, but I do want to get it fixed. From what I know is that the site is hosted by Mserv.nl, which does not lead to a webpage or any details about it anymore.
    I honestly have no clue how to tackle this issue, but I would like to get this website offline, as we have had a new one for a while now, but people might get confused if they either Google us or type in the wrong extension (.org vs .com).

  • Follow the money. If it is hosted, you have to be paying for that. If you can’t find the host, just log in to your domain name registrar and change where the name points (Domain Name Servers).
