• My website is game-pup.com
Today I tried editing a plugin html code in attempt to correct the avatar sizes. As I did the change the website went to a blank white screen. Now I cannot access the website at all, not through the administrative panel nor visitors can view the page. I need immediate help as I had people viewing the page as the changes were made.

editing via appearance->editor is, as you’ve discovered, a great way to break your site.

If you have access via FTP or your hosting control panel, (1) download a clean copy of the plugin from whereever you got it in the first place and (2) replace the file(s) you edited with the ones you downloaded.

I figured that, but I had no idea editing a plugins file would do that. I do not have an FTP setup, does this mean I’m screwed?

Contact your host to find out how to access via FTP or the control panel.

Editing PHP on live site is dangerous. Always work on files offline and take a backup first.
