Cannot access the appointments pending page

    Hi,

    I try to access the pending page. When I do, I am given a page not found error instead.

    I’m not sure how to go about trying to fix the problem.

    Do you have any idea what might be done to correct the issue?

    I am able to access the page via Firefox. But, I cannot access via Chrome or Opera.

    Hope you’re doing well!

    Please try clearing browser cache and see if you can access the page. Please see here how:
    https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

    If the issue is still there, please check if the page will load in Chrome incognito, if the page will load, an extension active in a browser may causing this. Please try deactivating all extension and see if the issue will still persist.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I asked my boss, who suggested trying Firefox.

    I was able to access via Firefox.

    Once I did that, I was able to access via Chrome as well.

    I’m not sure why!
