Cannot access staging site dashboard – error message

    I have been working on a staging site through WPvivid, and yesterday I completely lost access. I can still view the site, the site still exists, but when I click the link for the dashboard to edit the site, it comes up with an error message.

    The screen says “Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated be Mod_Security.”

    I am on a time crunch and freaking out a little. Please help!
