cannot access site

  • I have an error message that one of my plugins is out of date but I cannot access the site, even with the recovery mode link. Here is the error message:

    How to do I get in to update????

  • Looks like a bug in the Jetpack plugin you are using. If your backend no longer works, you can only deactivate it by deleting the plugin directory under /wp-content/plugins/jetpack/ via FTP. Your hoster’s support team may be able to help you with this.
