Cannot access settings page

    I cannot access the settings page its coming blank. just two words coming: Settings
    About Actually I was working on access levels and when I click on access level create_ pages for both view and access plugin, though being a admininstrator, I cannot access the plugin. I logged in as a editor then I can view the statistics but cannot access the settings. Please help me. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but the data r not deleted so cannot access. Is there any way in the db/php page to fix this? I have control over my server.
