Cannot Access Plugins!

  • The title says it all.
    When I try to open plugins, I get this:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /data/19/1/56/51/1871703/user/2033523/htdocs/www/wp-includes/kses.php(413) : runtime-created function on line 1

    Whenever we try to publish, we get a fatal error warning as well, yet the post publishes anyway.

    Also, our visual editor side seems stuck in the html mode.
    Cannot see text or video, etc.

    Can anyone help please?
