• Hello,

I have been using FS Contact Form for event registration and recently created a ‘2015’ page. I updated another plug-in, CFDB, which we use to store the form’s data. After the update (the only thing I can think of that ‘changed’), I can’t access FS Contact Form.

I can view the forms I’ve created that have data submitted in CFDB, but my ability to use the plug-in to modify or create a new form has disappeared from my ‘plug-in’ selection on the dashboard. Furthermore, when I paste the short-code into the text version of my page, it presents the short-code rather than the actual form, which it used to do.

I tried to download the FS Contact form because it’s not appearing in my list of installed plug-ins (thus no option to activate or de-activate) and when I tried to upload the folder under “add new”, it failed because it says it is already installed.

Any help is incredibly appreciated— this form is critical to our site, and we are supposed to go live on Monday!

    Thank you!

  • Hi in regards to the plugin you updated…

I updated another plug-in, CFDB, which we use to store the form’s data.

Have you being in contact with them about this issue? Have you tried to deactivate and delete that plugin to see if FS Contact form works again?

    Regards
