• I am hosting on bluehost.com. On a completely new site, I am attempting to install the WP Photo Album Plus plugin. After installing the WP Photo Album Plus plugin (version 8.6.01.003) from downloaded zip file, I can create albums. However, when I try to access the Photo Album – Settings page, the browser spins and spins. Eventually it displays the following:

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

No errors are shown in the WordPress error_log file.

Please note that this happens whether I have 1 photo or 10 photos. I only have a single album. I have tried this with Firefox, Edge, and Chrome. As blue host automatically keeps WordPress up to date, it is running version 6.4.2.

As my primary purpose of using this plugin is to allow a select group of people to upload photos, getting access to the settings is vitally important.

the site has no traffic. It is a brand new site. Only a single photo. This is the only page where I experience the problem. I suspect it is a permissions issue or something related to the 6.4.2 version of wordpress.
