• I have an white screen of death issue, but an odd one.

As far as I can tell, every function on every site (I have 3) in my multisite installation works perfectly, including every function in the Network Admin, except if I click on ‘Users’ in Network Admin.

When I click on ‘Users’, I get the white screen of death. The url at the top points to: https://peachlandnews.com/wp-admin/network/users.php

All I get is a white screen in the browser window.

I have disabled all plugins. No difference. I have disabled plugins one at a time and checked. No difference.

In what seems to be an unrelated issue (but could be tied to this), I have a few (four that I have found) users who cannot access the website. They go to the home page, they can see it begin to load on the screen, then the screen goes blank and remains that way. I myself have not been able to duplicate this and it could be something wonky on their end. I only raise this issue in case one it helps one of the gurus pinpoint the problem.

    Many thanks in advance.

White pages is usually a PHP error. Is there anything in your php log?

Have you tried disabling your themes (i.e. removing all but Twenty Eleven)?

Did you make sure you disabled your mu-plugins themes?

I ran into the same exact problem today. I started by renaming the mu-plugin directory by adding a 1 in front and nothing. Then I remembered the last plugin I installed was backwpup (back up plugin). I added a 1 to the directory and I’m back to normal. The weird thing was that the backup plugin was updating 3 to 4 times a day. I thought it was due to the changes I was doing. But even when I was just checking out each site? Never ran into problems with my HTML and Flash Sites. Bummer.
