Cannot Access My Admin Panel – Please HELP!!

Morning All…Please HELP…I got the following message logging into my WordPress Account “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” After a little further digging I found a message that all passwords have been reset…so I followed the Lost Password link as instructed to obtain new password and a link was duly email to me, on clicking the link however I got this, error=invalidkey With message…”Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.” Tried again and got same message….HELP Please….Can anyone offer me a solution?
