Cannot access Modules page in the Advanced Settings

Hi, im unable to access anymore the Modules page under the Advanced Settings, it says a message that there is a critical error and an email was sent to help me out.

I tried to deactivate and reinstall the plugin again but still having the problem.

WordPress version is 6.7.
