    Hi @janbrokes

Try editing the page prihlaseni and then see the “UM Content Restriction” settings so you can make it accessible to everyone.

Hello thanks for reply.Page was set this way.

I created new page Prihlaseni 2 and add there shortcode for login (i did not link it with login in UM setting and it works for me.

But i think error is caused by some caching issue – see this behaviour https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cCwdGFNu-yYAigA-R-39fbE3xnIFhdJH/view

If i refresh page with CTRL +f5 menu items are shown right (I have not installed any cache plugin yet)

    Hi @janbrokes

Could you please confirm from your hosting provider if your server has any caching module such as Varnish or Memcache?

Hello we are using OPcache ( 412MB). On same server I run about 40 WP sites. Only one with UM activated has this issue.

    Thanks for any help

I also deactivated caching of user profile, but it does not help

    Hi @janbrokes

    When I visit this page:
    https://jurkovicova.brofi.eu/kontakty/

and then visit the Login page, it works:
    https://jurkovicova.brofi.eu/prihlaseni-2/

I suspect that there’s a caching issue here. I suggest that you exclude the Login page from the cache.

    Hi @janbrokes

    Sorry for the late response.

    1. UM doesn’t have a cache that causes this issue.
    2. Could you please try contacting your hosting provider and see if there’s any caching module installed on your server?

    Hi @janbrokes

I suggest that you exclude the UM pages from the cache and see if the issue goes away:
    – Register
    – User
    – Account

Or, try disabling the OPcache and see if the issue still occurs.

    Regards,
