Cannot Access Installation: wp-admin/install.php

Hi Everyone,

I have a completely empty directory that I have copied the contents of the zip file. The web address is https://www.andrewared.com so the installation directory is https://www.andrewared.com/wp-admin/install.php but I cannot get to it. Can someone help me?

Just to let you all know I have a wordpress blog at https://www.potenchial.com/blog and that seems to work. They are both on the same database so I uses the same settings in the wp-config file.
