Cannot access email templates to customize text

    In the settings section of WP Travel Pro I cannot access the email template for the Booking email sento to the clients.
    The Payment emails and invoice emails are fine.
    I have asked help using the support email, but they say it must be one of my third party plugins creating an error. In fact I tested every single one of the third party plugins, separately and nothing came up.
    Can anyone please help?
