Cannot Access Dashboard, Says "No Update Required."
-
WordPress automatically updated to 4.2 for my site, thekaleidoscoper.com. Ever since it updated, I have been unable to access my Dashboard. Here’s what I have tried:
– I logged out of my www.remarpro.com account. Ever since I did that, I have been unable to log back in, even trying from my host (DreamHost) where it says “Admin Panel.” I have tried typing in thekaleidoscoper.com/wp-admin as well, and the message, “No Update Required – Your WordPress Database is already up to date!” pops up every time, taking me to the following URL: https://thekaleidoscoper.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fabout.php
– I deactivated all my plug-ins when logged out of www.remarpro.com through WordPress.com, including JetPack, which means my .org site is no longer connected to my .com account.
– I deleted my cookies from Google Chrome.
– I tried going to the URL – thekaleidoscoper.com/wp-admin – through Safari.
Side note: When I was logged into my www.remarpro.com account, the top bar said that I had one update available. Every time I clicked on the update link and ANYTHING, it went to the same page I mentioned before (No Update Required).
So, in summary, I cannot access my Dashboard or even log into www.remarpro.com in any way, and my www.remarpro.com account is no longer connected to my WordPress.com account. Also, I have no idea how to use FTP. Help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
