Cannot Access Dashboard, redirects to Log-in Page

    The site will not allow me to return the dashboard. When I attempt to do so I am returned to the log-in page on the front end of the site. Please advise on how to fix this issue.

    Hello @eugenealston,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Have you enabled the “Redirect Default WordPress Pages” options in the Paid Member Subscriptions Settings? If so you will need to log in using a front-end form to gain access to the back-end.

    If you do not have a front-end login form set up you can bypass the restriction by appending pms_force_wp_login=true to your URL. Example:
    https://mywebsite.com/wp-login.php?pms_force_wp_login=true
