Cannot access dashboard after updating to 3.4.2

    I am not able to access my dashboard. I updated to 3.4.2 and immediately was unable to access…I get the page below:

    Based on research from other threads, I have done the following:
    – through an FTP client, I renamed my PLUGINS folder, and even deleted some recent plugins and nothing seems to have changed.
    – through an FTP client I renamed my installed theme to have it revert back to twentyeleven. I am not sure what is supposed to happen, but the site would not appear at all after I did this. Not even an error message.

    I assumed this was plugin-related, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. It may be theme-related, but now I am stuck and unsure what to do next. I backed up my database through GoDaddy. The site itself works just fine, just can’t access any admin capabilities. Any ideas?

    Ok, in case anyone finds this, I just grabbed a fresh WordPress download from www.remarpro.com and replaced my entire wp-admin folder via FTP and now things are working fine…
