Cannot access dashboard

I am new to wordpress and somehow I managed to change the sites URL from aboutlf.com to domain.com and I now cannot access my dashboard. When i login it takes me right to domain.com and if I go to aboutlf.com it’s there but without the theme I used….please, please, please HELP!!! I am hosting this site through GoDaddy. I worked so hard on this…I know for most of you its a very basic site but for me just learning I am very proud of it.
