Cannot access backend of site due to W# Total Cache Error

  • I can’t access the backend of the website. When I type in the url to access the backend, a W3 Total Cache error appears.

    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place.

    What am I supposed to do get into the website? We cannot access anything….

    you can remove the all the files of w3tc and then check it will work
    if still its not work then check your wp.config.php file and remove the contents related to w3tc
