Cannot Access Any of My Tags

    Not sure what I could be missing but when I go to my tag groups, I cannot click on the number to add additional tags. When I go to the backend, no tags show up. It says I have 90 unassigned tags and I have no idea how to find them and assign them. I’ve clicked through every page available and they are no where to be found. How do I access my tags?

    If you go to the Tag Groups settings, Troubleshooting and click on the button to reset the filter, are the tags then visible on the tags page? If that helps, then you have a Javascript error on the tags page.

    Please also try if disabling other plugins or switching to a default theme solves the problem, so that we know if there is a conflict between plugins.
