cannot access admin url–redirected

I had to reset my computer this week and lost all my bookmarks and remembered passwords. I also now seem unable to access my usual admin URL for my website, laurenharwyn.com.
Every time I type in https://laurenharwyn.com/wp-admin, I get redirected here:I also tried https://laurenharwyn.com/wp-login.php, which appeared to load about 1/4 of the way and then just timed out.
Can you please tell me how to fix this? I haven’t been able to log in for days and can find no solution to this anywhere. Thank you so much!
