Cannot access admin of any newly created subsites – loop error

    I cannot create any subsites. When I do the subsite admin URL brings up a Loop Error warning page. The front end looks like there is no CSS.

    My web host said there is an issue with my plugins and caching. I disabled everything. I saw this in the DROP-IN PLUGIN section, I don’t know what it is about:

    Drop-ins are advanced plugins in the wp-content directory that replace WordPress functionality when present.

    Advanced caching plugin. Inactive: Requires define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); in wp-config.php.

    I noticed that plugin is in my second MU site where it is activated and there are no issues:

    advanced-cache.php
    Advanced caching plugin.

    What is it?

    Well I cannot not work until this is resolved. So I am closing this thread. Starting again.
