I’ve tried everything suggested, but the input field will NOT allow decimals (cents), only whole dollar amounts. I’ve set the “Step” field to “.01”, but it makes no difference on the front-end.

    Hi @cds71 ,

I checked the decimal prices in our plugin on our dev site and it works well:

    https://prnt.sc/5j1LtKxxfgEO >> https://prnt.sc/Bre_OGqxpoWM >> https://prnt.sc/-RMzojtGYpia.

You can check it by deactivating all other plugins, keep only WooCommerce and our plugins activated to see if the decimal prices can work properly. Then reactivate others one by one to find which is conflicting with our plugin on your site.

You should also check under WooCommerce >> settings to see if your site is allowed to display two decimals: https://prnt.sc/3TK-ai2p9-cx

If you still can’t figure it out, please provide your public product link.

    Best regards.

Thank you for the reply and suggestions, however the field keeps “rounding down” to the even dollar amount. Ex: I type in “1.50”, and the field quickly rounds down to “1.00”.

    • I deactivated plugins and the problem persists.
    • I also checked the WC settings, and they are set to allow 2 decimal spaces.

    Hi @cds71 ,

Please read my instructions carefully. You will need to configure a decimal step for your product so that you can enter a decimal price. You only configure a min value =1. There’s no step so by default, the step value will be 1.

Your products must follow the decimal step (if any). If the step is 0.99 and the min is 1, it’s impossible to choose 1.5. You can only choose values such as 1.0, 1.99, 3.98, etc.

When customers enter a value that does not follow the min/max/step rules, it will be rounded down or up based on your selection in the plugin settings.

Please check the rule again to be sure you have configured them properly.

    Best regards.

As I mentioned initially, I have the Step set. I tried several variations; nothing worked.

I tried a different (similar) plugin, and it worked fine. So, I’m not sure what the issue was, but thank you for your time.
