Cannont connect WordPress website

Hello,
I have been using your plugin for a couple of months. However, I saw that photos of customers in the reviews are broken, so I followed your guide on how to fix that. Unfortunately, after disconnecting my facebook page, it is not possible to connect it again. If I try to connect it through my website, it redirects to your platform and adds the website. The platform is downloading the reviews forever and It does not allow me to create the widget as it shows the errors that I need to connect my platform first. Even though I have added the facebook page through your platform, I am still getting the error. It is not possible to connect the WordPress website through the plugin anymore as it redirects to your website and it says that the connections are duplicated.
