    We has a user order 10 tickets, but then we cancelled through the admin panel in WordPress but the quantity of the tickets did not restock. The tickets only say there is 1 ticket available but there should be 10 available. The ticket capacity is 12 and 2 of the tickets are currently sold to another user. Even so if the ticket capacity was never restocked, we should have 0 tickets available. but it says 1 ticket is available.

    Looking at the event, I see that you are using WooCommerce and Event Tickets Plus. We are not able to help with issues with the premium plugins here in the .org forums. Please reach out for assistance with this on the premium support forums here: https://support.theeventscalendar.com/submit_ticket

    Fwiw, the stock does not get automatically increased when cancelling the order in WooCommerce. To do this, you need to delete the attendee in the events “attendees” page. This will increase the available capacity.
