Cancelling Automatic Payments with Recurring/Subscription Membership

    If a member has automatic renewal selected during sign up for a Subscription/Recurring membership how do they deactivate that without cancelling their subscription? I cannot seem to find the answer to that in the documentation.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the delayed response.

    If a member wishes to switch from automatic payment to a manual (semi-automatic) payment method, they must first cancel their membership plan and then repurchase it using the manual payment method.

    Thank you, once they hit cancel it seems to not be displaying an option to renew. How do I get that option to display?
