Cancelled subscription email

  • Hey!

    Firstly, what a great plugin! I’ve been searching for something like this for a long time. It’s the only plugin I’ve had success with overriding the woocommerce email templates.

    I’m currently working on editing the woocommerce templates and all is good, except for the “cancelled-subscription” email template for woocommerce subscriptions. I receive the following error:

    “This email type can not be previewed please try a different order or email type.”

    I’ve customised the template anyway but the changes do not seem to have applied when sending a test email. I hope you can help!

    Thanks!

    For subscription emails, you need to choose a real subscription order instead of the “mockup order” in the “preview order” dropdown. Then it should load.

    Hi Ben,

    That doesn’t seem to be the issue. I’ve selected from many different subscriptions in the dropdown and I receive the same error for all of them

    Ok, thanks for the update, I will investigate further.

    Hello,

    The update appears to have fixed the issue for Simple Subscription type but not a Varied Subscription.

    Thank-you for the speedy fix though. I have been able to do what I needed now :).
