    Hello, I’ve been searching over this and other sites, about a potential error with my payment transaction plugin, without success.

    The problem is that we’re getting payed and delivered orders, wich, for no logic reason, are switching automatically to “cancelled” status, at the same day, or even several days after..
    We’re very worried, because this past weeks this error has been increasing, and clients who payed and are waiting for their physical products, are not aware that we are not processing their orders, as their order status says it’s “cancelled”.

    We are using WooCommerce 4.4.1 and for payments, transbank webpay plus 2.7.7 (latest version) and they are already taking a look for this potential error by their side. Even so, I’ve been searching and realizing that in the past year, many other users had similar problems, so I wanted to share it here, recurring to the collective wisdom of internet.

    If anyone has any clue on this, I will be more than thankful.. it’s being a headache, so far.

    Hi there!

    Your payment gateway’s developers are indeed the best place for a solution.

    Usually, payment gateways have a debug log setting that you can enable, which should then log additional information in the Error Log.

    That, together with the order notes on the relevant orders, should give you, and the plugin developers, further insight into what is causing the issue.
