    Hi,
    I have a question regarding Reservations Statuses, specifically the Cancelled status.
    We are receiving a large number of Cancelled Reservations notifications.
    What conditions have to exist for a Reservation to be Cancelled?
    Does the Reservation have to be manually Cancelled or does the status of the Reservation automatically change to Cancelled if it is not Completed manually?

    Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Hello,

    The status of a reservation changes to “Cancelled” if:

    – Guest cancels it
    – Admin cancels it
    – A reservation is on hold and the admin doesn’t confirm it before the minutes defined here: https://lopezb.d.pr/PYyJkN
    – A reservation was not marked as confirmed or completed (ie. pending reservations) and we reached the checkout date

    In other words, a reservations must be marked as “Confirmed” when it is indeed confirmed.
