    I got this problem, the payment was successful but the order was cancelled by the system:

    Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.

    Do you have any idea why it happened and how to prevent this from happening?

    It is a stripe payment gateway.

    Hi @mrlukas,

    Sorry for the confusion. The Stripe Payment Plugin for WooCommerce plugin supports credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, Klarna etc. Among them, on which payment method are you encountering the issues?

    Thanks for clarifying that. To get a better understanding of the issue we would like to view the Stripe log of the successful payment (from your Stripe dashboard) and its associated order details (screenshot of the order page).
