    Hi,

    I am having an issue with orders being canceled in WooCommerce, however they have have been paid. Something is going wrong in the communication between EWAY (payment gateway) and WooCommerce.

    Does this happen with another gateway or only with EWAY? For better assistance, can you provide screenshots of the order details page, especially the order note on the right side?

    However, this could be due to various reasons, such as incorrect settings, plugin conflicts, or issues with EWAY’s API. Can you run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue? More info: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Furthermore, if this is happening with only the EWAY gateway, it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s support for further assistance here.

    Is this issue happening only with EWAY? If it is, they should be able to help you on their forum or direct you to ours later, if needed.

    My problem was only with eway. They have suggested ensuring that redirect to merchant website is configured in the eway settings if shared pages are used and playing with the redirect times. or to use secure fields. Im trying this to see if it works. Thanks.
