• Hello,
I work in a marketing company, and we have been using gtm4wp many times, it’s a great plugin.

    Recently I did a set up for an e-commerce, I followed this : https://gtm4wp.com/how-to-articles/how-to-setup-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking

It’s work great, just we noticed that cancelled order don’t update revenue in GA. (total revenue on GA contain cancelled orders).

Because cancel is automatic, is it still possible to trigger an action for this?
    Something like gtm4wp.cancelledOrderEEC?

    Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

As long as the new status is set in WP admin, it can not be handled properly with GTM since the GTM container is not loaded in the admin area and also it is usually better to send the data to GA using the cookie ID of the customer, not yours.
