Cancelled Orders

Since recently, every time after a customer has placed an order, Woocommerce cancels the order. The payment was processed correctly and the payment provider Payrexx assured us that it has nothing to do with the payment. The cancellation is automatically triggered by Woocommerce. Reason unknown.
Only we as seller receive the cancellation email, the customer does not.
