    Hi,
    One of our websites orders that was cancelled because payment took too long had the order set to complete. The log goes in the evening, client was going to make the purchase, but didnt end up paying, after the wait time, Woocommerce set the order to cancelled. Then, the next morning at 6am, Jetpack on the Automattic IP changed the order to compelted?

    I understand that the cancelled order was changed to completed status the next morning and it was triggered by Jetpack as per the logs you provided.

    Can you please share what payment gateway was used for this specific cancelled order for us to check further?

    Furhtermore, I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
