    The “New order” and “Cancelled order” is just for admins (they are not sent to customers).
    When you have a new order customer can receive the “Processin order” or “Customer invoice”.
    Another detail is that you will only receive the “Cancelled order” email when some order was canceled by (for example) payment gateway and not changing the status manually within your site.

    Ok, so if my vendor want to cancelled an order and he change the status there’s no way to send cancelled notification to customer?
