Cancelled order did not trigger a stripe refund

By just cancelling an order no refund is issue by default, you should make a refund on WooCommerce where proper APIs can be triggered to make the refund on Stripe too. You can check how automated refunds works here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-refunds/#section-2
