    Hi Subrata,

    I’ve tried your refund plugin and it’s so simple & fantastic to use buddy, wonderful job. I’ve a suggestion to make- When a customer gets cashback based on cart based rule and in case the same order gets cancelled, then the Cashback earned during that order has to be rolled back, right!

    At the same the customer should be notified in the logs.

    What is your say on this bro?

    Thanks for reaching out to our support forum. Yes I agree with you that cancelled order cashback should be withdrawn from user wallet. Current plugin dose not support this but you can do that by some custom coding using our hooks and filters.

    Please let me know if you need anything regarding this.

    But unfortunately, I’m of no use when it comes to coding, I’m a marketer! Requesting you to add this feature in the next update of yours, since an creater always knows better than a user, how to fix things for best use.
