Cancelled Event Not Sending Cancelled Notification

    Hi, When I cancelled an event, the notification to send to attendee wasn’t triggered, even though it is enabled and configured. It shows that event is cancelled on front and back end.

    Revised issue – cancelled email not working when cancelling it from the front-end, back-end works.

    Hello,
    @eventaus We have verified this from our end and its working fine from our end. Could you please configure wp mail smtp and check if its configured then please open a ticket we will investigate from our end.
