Cancelled auto-renew and premium support lost

I purchased the premium extensions and such, but after cancelling the auto-renewal I immediately lost access to premium support. I have a couple of issues and sincerely need the support. I have tried to create tickets but the support is non-existent.
This is such a shame. Surely, if I paid for 1 year of updates and support, then I can receive support 2 weeks after the purchase, auto-renewal enabled or not.
I’m looking forward to your response before I refund the purchase altogether.
