    Hello,

    I am testing out the free version of this plugin for a client and for the most part I think it will do exactly what she needs. ??

    However, I am wondering how to free up the time slot when an appointment has been cancelled. Even though the appointment is clearly cancelled in the list, the time slot is not available for someone else to book.

    I have cleared the cache in my browser multiple times, and this has still not resolved.

    Please let me know how to fix this and to ensure it does not happen going forward should we move live with the plugin.

    Hi Deborah,

    Thanks for the message, and for trying out Simply Schedule Appointments ??

    It’s possible there’s a server-side cache (we have some code to help Simply Schedule Appointments perform faster, but it might not be releasing the appointment after it’s canceled)

    We’ll look into the issue today and update you here with what we find!

    We released version 1.1.5.0 today which should fix the issue you reported about canceled appointments not showing as available ??

    Please update to version 1.1.5.0 and let us know if that fixes the problem. If you run into anything else, we’ll be happy to look at it for you!
