    Can you please elaborate more on the inactive customer?

    If user had added product to the cart and the “Cart abandoned cut-off time” has been reached and the cart declared as the abandoned and then user places the order and the order status of that order is “Failed” then our plugin consider that as an abandoned cart. And our plugin send the abandoned cart reminder email to user. If the failed orders are not consider as an abandoned cart on your store then please let me know.

    Currently, we do not consider the “Cancel” order status for our plguin. If the cart is abandoned and then user placed the order and the order status is cancelled then our plugin will delete those records from the abandoned orders tab.

    I have this same problem also.
    Woocommerce appears to treat orders that reach the point of payment processing and are then not completed as ‘cancelled’ these are not picked up by your plugin. I currently have several orders that appear to have been added to cart and customer details entered and then abandoned before payment is complete status in Woocommerce is cancelled, however there is no actual cancelling of order, eg; if you log back in with the same account details the products are still sitting in cart.

    Hi,

    If the payment is not successfully paid by the customer then after the hold stock time of the WooCoommerce, the order status will be marked as cancelled. It is handled by WooCommerce.

    We are considering WooCommerce order status. So while sending the abandoned cart reminder email we are checking that if any order has been placed for the current date and whose order status is “Cancelled” in WooCommerce then we are deleting the record from the Abandoned Order list. And we are not sending the abandoned cart reminder email for cancelled order.

    If you would like to consider the “Cancelled” order as abandoned cart and would like to send the abandoned cart reminder email then we can change code of our plugin and give modified copy of plugin file to you.
